- Is the filter installed correctly?
- Does the filter have heavy dirty or any foreign material? It may sometimes influence the air volume according to the degree of dirt.
- Please confirm the current “running mode”. Is it “auto mode” or “sleep mode”?

- Is it used in the space with odor causing discharge or a large number of peculiar smell is discharge from cooking? Filters containing activated carbon sometimes emit a slight strong aroma.
- Is it moved from other room.

- Due to high performance activated carbon as the raw material, it may be sweet at the beginning of use. Generally the initial odor may decrease after using for about a week

- The deodorization ability of the filter can be automatically restored at a corresponding degree.. It may not be restored depending on environment of use.
- Odor sensed continuously at certain degree.

- Remove the filter and air-dry for at least 12 hours in a well- ventilated place.
- Look for factors that continuously be a source of odor (like pet, paint,etc) The machine cannot totally eliminate it. Proper exhaust ventilation may be considered.
Smart HD Projector
- Power light is on. If it is not on on, check the projector is plugged into the power source supply, that the socket is switched on, and then press the power button on the projector.
- Check the lens cover has been removed.
- Check the cables are securely attached and installed as per the User Manual.
- The image source may not be set correctly. Press the Home button on the control panel or the Remote, to select the correct setting.
- Check in the menu section under Video input signal to make sure that has been set correctly.
Is the warning light indicator red? If so, the projector is overheating which turns the light off automatically.
- Leave the projector to cool for a few moments.
- Once cooled, check nothing is blocking the ventilation vents.
- Check the air filter is clean and clean if necessary.
- Turn on the projector. If the issue persists please contact the service assistance support for further assistance.
This is called keystone and is due to the projection angle not being perpendicular to the screen. To correct use the projectors inbuilt keystone function to adjust the image.

This could possible be caused by the ambient light in the room. Please turn off the light in the room and make sure to operate the projector in the dark environment,
